Diners Club International had recently undergone a brand refresh and needed its new look implemented throughout the site.
For potential customers, the experience needed to provide informational content about the brand and its card offerings with the goal to drive them to their local country’s Diners Club site to complete the application process.
Traveling users depended on the site to locate available airport lounges on the go as well as access other cardmember benefits and services. As DCI’s previous pages weren’t responsive and difficult to interact with on smaller devices, one of our priorities was to optimize the experience for mobile. We also focused on designing for a modular system that could be templatized and scaled across similar pages as needed.
